This privacy policy explains how we process customer information and the procedures that we have in place to safeguard your privacy and the use of cookies on the website. 1. The information we collect and how we use it

1.1 When you register we need to know your email address and a password to be able to register you.

1.2 To process an order we also need your name and address, delivery name and address if different, payment details which may include debit or credit card number and expiry date, plus any security details that the credit card processor may require. This process takes place in a secure environment where your payment details can only be accessed by us and our payment services provider PayPal (please see PayPal terms for information regarding their use of your data). Note: We do not store card details within this Website or elsewhere in our organisation.

1.3 We may use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop the website and our services. These statistics do not include information that can be used to identify any individual.

1.4 If you register to receive our Newsletter or other marketing email communication we will need your email address and name. By subscribing you consent to us sending information to you. If you are receiving emails from us and would like them to stop you can opt out by replying to us with ‘Unsubscribe’ in the subject line.

1.5 We will never pass on or sell your details to a third party for any reasons other than set out in this policy, for example a payment gateway to complete an order.

2. Our use of cookies and other information gathering technologies

2.1 Our site uses deliberately uses minimal cookies. (A cookie is a piece of information that is stored on your computer's hard drive by your web browser which tracks your movements within websites.) Most browsers are automatically set to accept cookies but you can usually alter the settings of your browser to prevent automatic acceptance. If you choose not to receive cookies, you may still use most of the features on our website, including the ability to purchase items. 

2.2 This website sets performance cookies. These cookies are from Google Analytics and collect information about how visitors use a website, for instance which pages visitors go to most often, and if they get error messages from web pages. These cookies don’t collect information that identifies a visitor. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. It is only used to improve how a website works. 

2.3 This website sets targeting cookies. If you use the Face book ‘Like’ and Google +1 and similar type buttons they use these types of cookies. They are used to deliver adverts more relevant to you and your interests. They are also used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement as well as help measure the effectiveness of the advertising campaign. They are usually placed by advertising networks with the website operator’s permission. They remember that you have visited a website and this information is shared with other organisations such as advertisers. Quite often targeting or advertising cookies will be linked to site functionality provided by the other organisation. 

3. Your details

3.1 You warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide when you register with us is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. If any of the information that you have provided to us changes, for example if you change your email address or name, or if you wish to cancel your registration, please update your details on the ‘My Account’ page. 

3.2 If you would like your details to be removed entirely, please send an email to us as in section 1.4 above. 

3.3 You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.

4.1 By visiting the website, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Policy and the Terms of Website Use. By submitting your information you can censor the use of that information as set out in this policy. If we change our privacy policy we will post the changes on this page and may place notices on other pages of the website so that you may become aware of the information we collect and how we use it at all times. 

4.2 Because of the global nature of the Internet infrastructure, the information you provide may be transferred in transit to countries outside the European Economic Area that do not have similar protections in place regarding your data and its use as set out in this policy. However, we have taken the steps outlined above to try to improve the security of your information. By submitting your information you consent to these transfers.
